West Palm Beach, FL (January 1, 2026) — Today marks the official launch of Davis, Barnard & Brandenburg, P.A., a restructured and newly-named law firm formerly operating as Davis & Associates, P.A. The reorganization reflects the Firm’s evolution from a one-partner practice to a full partnership of three attorneys, each of whom will now serve as named partners. The expanded leadership underscores the Firm’s commitment to delivering enhanced services in local government and special district law throughout Florida.
A New Name, A Renewed Focus
Originally founded in 1987, the Firm built a reputation for advising municipal and special district clients on ethics, Sunshine Law compliance, procurement and land-use regulation. Under the new name, Davis, Barnard & Brandenburg, P.A., the Firm reaffirms its dedication to municipal law and its core practice areas while deepening its bench strength and broadening its capabilities.
Leadership as Partners
- Keith W. Davis, Esq., continuing as managing partner, brings over three decades of experience in city, county and local government law and land-use matters.
- Amity “Mitty” Barnard, Esq., formerly senior associate, is elevated to partner. Ms. Barnard holds board certification in City, County and Local Government Law and has a robust practice in local-government ethics, public-records issues and environmental/land-use regulation.
- Dylan J. Brandenburg, Esq., formerly Of Counsel with the Firm, also becomes partner. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2020, Mr. Brandenburg brings recent experience as a city attorney and associate in municipal/governmental matters, adding further depth to the Firm’s bench.
