    • Served as a federal judicial law clerk to a United States Magistrate Judge in the Miami Division of the Southern District of Florida.
  • Jones, Foster, Johnston & Stubbs, P.A., Contract Paralegal, July 2013 – July 2014
    • Implemented public records compliance and response procedures for a small Municipal Client experiencing hundreds of public records requests with assistance from Jones Foster attorneys in the litigation and municipal law practice groups. Gained experience in implementing polices to avoid litigation. Drafted document that was cited in judicial opinion in which Municipal Client prevailed. Provided drafts of answers to complaints and managed staff.
  • State Attorney’s Office, Florida’s 15th Judicial Circuit, Legal Intern, June 2013 – August 2013
    • Assisted the lead attorney of the Public Corruption Unit by researching and writing memos on pending matters. Discussed investigations with the Public Corruption Task Force, made up of six law enforcement investigators from various Palm Beach County municipalities.
