Last week, Davis & Associates, P.A. had the privilege of attending the 39th Annual Seminar for the Florida Municipal Attorneys Association (“FMAA”), held at the exquisite Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa in Manalapan. Beginning on Thursday, July 8th and running through Saturday, July 10th, this year’s FMAA seminar hosted speakers to discuss a wide breadth of issues including post-COVID legal developments, ethics and professionalism, litigation and appellate practice, as well as other “hot topics” in Florida local government law. During Friday’s set of presentations, Keith Davis was selected as one member of a four-member panel to discuss key professionalism issues confronting the City Attorney’s office. In between and after presentations, our firm enjoyed the Eau Palm Beach Resort’s beautiful oceanfront grounds and facilities, as well as the accompanying “home field advantage” due to the seminar’s location in municipal client Manalapan this year.
